I love my Silpat cookie sheet pan liner! No more cookies sticking to the sheets in my kitchen, thanks to this handy little gadget. Oh my goodness how I love these things! I have had mine (yes, I actually went out & bought 2 more after trying out the first) for 7 years & ADORE their versatility. They hold up very well....one tip-NEVER cut on them! I have the pastry-sized one too & it's handy. Glad you found it!
Oh, I completely agree. Sipat saves hours of washing baking sheets! Nice blog.
I have a few of these and they are my favorite thing in the kitchen!
