I N G R E D I E N T S :
3-4 large sweet potatoes
Oil- I use olive or safflower oil
kosher salt
pepper
D I R E C T I O N S :
Preheat oven to 425.
Cut potatoes into wedges or smaller, french fry size pieces.
Toss lightly with oil.
Spread across a baking sheet, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until tender.
