simple orzo

This is a great little pasta side that can go with a variety of meals. It's very easy, and tasty! I do not have specific measurements; just throw everything in according to your own taste! This is not a very good picture, but it really is a good, simple pasta side.

I N G R E D I E N T S :

1 cup orzo
1 Tbsp. butter
Coarsely ground salt (I use Kosher)
Freshly ground pepper
Olive oil

D I R E C T I O N S :

Prepare orzo according to directions on package, and drain.

Toss with remaining ingredients, and serve!
