grilled chicken
i love when my husband grills and i don't have to mess with cooking meat! i like to marinate chicken in italian dressing and throw some extra herbs and spices in. here is what we did last night, and it turned out to be delicious! i served it with steamed green beans with slivered almonds, sauteed onions and mushrooms, rice pilaf (Near East brand), already made honey yeast rolls, and blueberry peach cobbler for dessert. yum!
I N G R E D I E N T S :
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
italian dressing (I had newman own light...not crazy about this dressing so i used it as the marinade and is was great. any kind works)
lemon pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
pepper
oregano
parsley
juice of half a lemon
D I R E C T I O N S :
marinate chicken in mixture for a few minutes up to a few hours. grill!
