This weekend I made bread bowls for the first time. They are very easy and delicious! Especially on a cold evening. I got the recipe from Domestic Kate, who I believe got them from My Kitchen Cafe. I made the Italian bread bowl recipe and made 8 small bread bowls. The only thing different I would do next time is make 4 bigger bowls instead, because each little bowl did not hold much soup and we had to just refill our bowls (or else eat multiple bread bowls!). The great thing is that now I've got several bread bowls in the freezer, read to reheat and fill with soup for an easy dinner down the road.
