nutritious carrot raisin salad

I made this in an attempt to get my child to eat the one food she hates: Carrots. It did not work (loved the raisins, wouldn't try the carrots...), but maybe it will work with your child or be something you like! It's nutritious, so easy and quick to prepare, and great as a side for lunch or for a snack. I liked it.

I N G R E D I E N T S :

2 carrots, grated (if you have a food processor with a grating blade, this takes about 2 seconds!)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. honey
1 squirt of lemon

D I R E C T I O N S :

Combine ingredients and stir well.
