I love this non-stick, flexible pastry mat. It's perfect for rolling out pizzas, pie crusts, and tortillas. With different diameters, it takes the guess-work out of figuring out if your dough is the right diameter, and its non-stick, antibacterial construction makes rolling and cleaning a breeze. The tube it comes in provides easy storage as well. I could not find this online to provide you with a link, but I did find it at Target about a year ago.
